As part of the completion procedure Multiconsult ASA has paid NOK 184 million to the sellers for 100% of the shares in Hjellnes Consult AS and Johs Holt AS. The settlement is a combination of NOK 119 million in cash and NOK 65 million in Multiconsult shares.
