Remuneration policy and report

Multiconsult shall – in accordance with the Norwegian Public Limited Liability Companies Act § 6-16a (“Allmennaksjeloven”) – prepare a remuneration policy on the determination of salary and other remuneration to leading persons. The policy shall be considered and approved by the general assembly in the event of any significant change and at least every four years.

The approved policy at the Annual General Meeting 2022 (found below) applies to remuneration earned from 1 January 2022. Additionally, in accordance with the Limited Liability Companies Act § 6-16b, Multiconsult must prepare an annual report with an overview of paid and outstanding salaries and other remuneration to leading persons. The report must be approved by the auditor before it is submitted for resolution at the annual general meeting and subsequently posted below. The below report concerns the calendar year 2021.
