On 23 September 2015, Multiconsult ASA (“Multiconsult”) purchased 5 000 of its own shares at an average price of NOK 97.00 per share.
The shares were purchased in accordance with the Company’s share repurchase programme as announced on 3 September 2015. The shares were acquired on Oslo Børs.
Following this transaction Multiconsult holds 57 450 of its own shares.
