As a part of the share purchase program for employees in 2016, the following primary insiders have purchased Multiconsult shares:

2. December 2016

Ivar Eng, Deputy Board member, purchased 1104 shares.
After the transaction he holds 101 594 shares.

Grethe Bergly, EVP Greater Oslo Area, purchased 1000 shares.
After the transaction she holds 23 654 shares.

The shares were purchased from Multiconsult on 1 December 2016.
After the sale Multiconsult holds 1 758 of its own shares.

The transaction was based on a price of NOK 83.83 per share, which is a 20% discount of the volume-weighted average share price of NOK 104.80 per share in the period between 9 November 2016 – 15 November 2016.
