Multiconsult initiates share buyback in connection with employee share purchase programme

The buyback programme will be conducted in accordance with the authorisation provided by the ordinary general meeting to the board of directors on 22 April 2020. The maximum number of shares which may be acquired during any one trading day will be equal to 50% of the average daily independent volume in Multiconsult’s share on Oslo Børs in August 2020.

The programme will be initiated today and end the earlier of such time as the buyback has been completed and 20 November 2020. Under the authorisation from the ordinary general meeting, the consideration per share may not be less than NOK 5 and may not exceed NOK 250.

Multiconsult has engaged Arctic Securities AS to carry out the share repurchase programme on its behalf.
